Measure. Monitor. Maintain.

The Most Sophisticated Diagnostic And Detection System On The Market

Measure

Placed on any part of a machine, Alerta's sensors measure the performance of that specific part, against industry standards and can include vibration, odour, current, voltage, motion, heat, moisture, light, liquid, tension/stress, dust and more.

Monitor

The data collected from the sensors is passed to a mini-computer (UAB) that collects, interprets and collates the information. This information is then sent by WIFI, Ethernet or LAN to the monitoring devices that the client wants to specify. Monitoring Devices include: Desktop Computers, Tablets and Smartphones.

Maintain

Alerta shows when monitored parts within machinery actually require maintenance intervention (before moving into a ‘disaster recovery mode’) and crucially, when they are working normally. Achieved within OEM tolerances – using a simple red, amber and green colour-coded messaging system

Total Control

  • Monitoring Devices Can Vary From Major Monitoring Screens Or Dedicated Units At A Main Control Centre, Through To Tablets And Smart Phones Being Used In The Field.
  • Alerta can be configured to access digital error codes within the asset controller, displaying the error codes alongside the sensor data. Alerta shows when monitored (moving) parts within machinery actually require maintenance intervention (before moving into a ‘disaster recovery mode’) and crucially, when they are working normally (and don’t require expensive servicing). Achieved within OEM tolerances – using a simple red, amber and green colour-coded messaging system.

Green. Amber. Red.

Instant Updates

  • Green means the part is operating within the manufacturer/industry guidelines.
  • Amber relates to a part that is operating on the cusp of these standards – as agreed with the individual clients. In this instance, a warning via SMS or email is automatically sent to the relevant employee. This allows the employee to act accordingly, prior to the issue leading to an expensive potential breakdown.
  • Red indicates that the part is operating outside of the performance guidelines – which could indicate imminent failure, impacting the whole system, or that it has stopped working altogether. An automatic warning via SMS or email goes to the operators.
